Getting Started

    Data displayed such as calories are estimated via a complex algorithm
    This module allows you to track your workouts, steps, calories burned, and more. Along with providing analytics based on the date - this module has been crafted with complex algorithms to provide 99.9% reliability.

    Tracking Workouts

    You may stop, start or input workouts you forgot to track with the following commands.

    Starting Workouts

      To start a workout, use the following command
      ,fitness start (type)
      

      Stopping Workouts

        To end a workout, use the following command
        ,fitness stop
        

        Inputting a Workout

          To input steps you possibly missed tracking through kyos, use the following command
          ,fitness tracksteps (heart_rate) (minutes)
          
            To view yours or another users fitness profile, use the following command
            ,fitness profile (user)
            
            To view the fitness leaderboard, use the following command
            ,fitness leaderboard

            When using the ,fitness start command, you may use the following as the workout type argument:
